Colleen brings to the Communication and Office Administrator position a degree in communication studies and years of experience in marketing, communications, and operations.

She has worked at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations and used her writing, design, and project coordination skills in multi-platform projects including: web, print, social media, mass email, and direct mail, and advertising.

Colleen loves and believes we are all connected through creation. She considers herself an equestrian and is never more centered than when around horses. She has recently moved to St. Louis Park from south Minneapolis (Lake and Nicollet area) where she lived for over 30 years. Her apartment mates are a dog named Cheddar Cheese and a cat named Fig Newton.

The MSUS vision statement speaks deeply to Colleen’s spiritual journey. A journey which includes periods of quiet contemplation, books by Richard Rohr and Barbara Brown Taylor, as well as daily laughter from watching dogs play at the dog park.
